Many years in the making, the Terrafugia Transition made a brilliant first test flight this week at Plattsburgh International Airport in upstate New York.
The Flying Car, sorted as a private aircraft, has been developed by several MIT visionaries since 2006. The flying car can safely achieve up to 100 mph on Earth roads and boasts 30 miles per gallon - better than any conventional SUV or truck in the marketplace.
